Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.

Return & Exchange Process:

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your payment account.Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
 
Return Conditions
1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Leader Accessories products .
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Once we accept your return request, our customer service will send you the pre-paid return label for you to return it. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipment arranged by yourself will be at your expense.

For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, photos, and videos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

Before return, please contact us for return details and correct return address. After that, you can send us an email to inform us. Besides, if you return the item(s) for personal reasons, the return freight is at your expense.

Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale. Once the item arrives back at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Hassle-Free Exchange

A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives.

Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free .

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or resend the correct item (if in stock). Leader Accessories will reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive the returned item(s).

Cancellation

For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.We do not accept refunds from alternative cards or different payment methods. Please note that processing payments may take up to 7 to 10 additional business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

* If the value of the remaining products on your returned order is less than $30, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
